Here at our practice, we like to think of therapy as a vitamin being taken preventively to help ensure a feeling of consistency as you go throughout your life.

Art Therapy
Art therapy is a type of therapeutic approach that utilizes art-making to express a client's feelings and emotions. Art therapy requires no previous art experience and clients are encouraged to work with a wide range of mediums. Led by a certified art therapist, clients will work on numerous art directives that center around each client's individual therapeutic goals. Art therapy differs greatly from the traditional school art experience because we are less focused on the end product but rather on the overall journey.
