We are currently in network with the following insurances:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

  • United Health Care

  • Aetna PPO

If you prefer not to use insurance or are out of network, we do take private pay clients. We’d be happy to provide you with a superbill after your session that you can provide to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We accept all major credit cards for copay and session payment, including HSA and FSA accounts.


We kindly ask that you check with your insurance provider prior to your first appointment to confirm mental health benefits and copay.

Important: Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy requiring all clients to cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. Inability to provide enough time will result in a fee of $132 charged the day of the scheduled appointment.


Questions for your insurance provider

Does my plan cover mental health benefits?

While most carriers do have mental health coverage and benefits, some will outsource to third party providers.  It’s possible we could be out of network with this third party provider.  

Do I need prior authorization for therapy?

Some plans require members to obtain pre-authorization for sessions.

How many therapy sessions are covered?

Some plans will have limitations on the number of sessions covered per calendar year.  (i.e. only allow 20 therapy sessions). If there is a limitation, it can help you determine frequency of sessions.

Do mental health services count towards my deductible?

Some plans require a deductible to be met prior to insurance covering any mental health services. Ask how much you have met currently.

What will be my copay per session?

Depending on the plan, copays can range from $10-$40

Do I have telehealth coverage on my plan?

Not all insurance providers cover virtual services.
